Karaoke CDG Compatible Burners To effectively work with karaoke CDG discs you need to have a CDG (subchannel data) capable CD Reader / Writer. You may have read where it is possible to write CDG (bin) files to a disc with a non-compatible burner. Although this is possible, it is a complicated process and these drives will not allow you to play CDG discs on your computer. Also, most karaoke software applications require a compatible CD drive.
All the drives found on this page are capable of reading and writing the karaoke CDG format. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all software applications will support these drives. CDRWin software, for example, appears to only support certain makes and models as opposed to a drive's actual capabilities.
